In the normal manufacturing process of Mold Collapsible Core, as long as it meets the design requirements, early scrapping will not occur in the early manufacturing process. In order to prevent this damage Appears, we can inspect the mold through the following 3 inspection methods.

1. Macroscopic corrosion inspection. The main inspection materials are porosity, segregation, cracks, cracks, non-metallic inclusions and surface hammer cracks and joints.

2. Metallographic inspection. Mainly check the segregation, distribution state, crystal material degree and inter-grain inclusions of carbides on the grain boundaries of the material.

3. Ultrasound inspection. Mainly check the internal defects and size of the material.
