A 12-piece flexible Collapsible Core, including a telescopic rod, a telescopic core and a telescopic sleeve. This new product is the first choice for saving mold space and is very suitable for multi-cavity.

The retractable core of the flexible Collapsible Core is composed of elastic inner inserts with 12 petals in size, and one end of the inner insert is sleeved with an outer insert. A hollow channel is arranged in the telescopic rod, and the hollow channel communicates with the cooling water circuit through an opening. The top outer side of the outer insert is provided with a thread forming portion.

The telescopic rod of the flexible Collapsible Core is provided with a mounting head at the bottom, and the bottom of the telescopic rod is mounted on the middle movable plate in the mold through the mounting head. The side surface of the mounting head is provided with a pin hole, and the pin hole is fixed to the bottom movable plate through a pin column.

When the bottom plate is pulled down, the telescopic rod leaves the telescopic core, and the telescopic core retracts inward to the demolding state.
